Every deposit added to your bot balance is final and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Deposited balance can only be used to buy products inside the bot. Please deposit only the amount you intend to spend.

Once an item (Telegram account, OTT subscription or any other product) has been delivered, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. Please check the product details carefully before you buy.

If a delivered item is defective or does not work as described, we will replace it with an equivalent item. Contact support with your order details and a screenshot as proof. Replacement is provided only for genuine defects and within the replacement period of that product. No cash refund is given for defective items.

Orders are processed only after the payment is verified. You are responsible for sending the correct amount and correct payment details. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to verification or technical issues.

Spam, abuse, fraud, chargeback attempts, reselling without permission or any illegal activity will result in a permanent ban from the bot.

You are responsible for the safety and proper use of any account or credentials you receive. Misuse, or changes that break the product, make it ineligible for replacement. We are not responsible for changes in the rules of Telegram or any OTT platform.

We try to keep the bot online 24/7, but we are not responsible for temporary downtime, maintenance or payment gateway issues.

We may change these terms, prices or services at any time. Continued use of the bot after an update means you accept the new terms. In case of a dispute, the owner's decision is final.
